Directed by Kwak Gyeong-Taek, this gripping local hit grossed $4.3 million in its second weekend, bringing its total to $11.5 million. The film depicts the intense dynamics of a Seoul fire station as a rookie firefighter learns the harsh realities of rescue missions.
Following closely, Disney's Moana 2 secured second place with $2.5 million for a cumulative $17.6 million, while Wicked slipped to third with $930,195, adding up to $11.7 million in total earnings.
Korean comedy About Family and sports drama One Win, featuring Song Kang-ho, rounded out the top five, showcasing the diversity of films captivating audiences this season.
Despite this variety, overall box office revenue for the top 10 titles dropped to $10 million, signaling challenges in sustaining momentum.
